My Holy Grail Beauty Products

01:50

Today's post is all about my favourite beauty products at the moment. I have 8 products in total to show you, some are drugstore and some are higher end so stay with me because i'm sure you'll love this post:)

The first one is my Bondi Sands self tanning foam in the shade light/medium. This product retails for £14.99 in superdrug however they frequently have offers on therefore I got mine for £9.50. There are so many different tanning products on the market and most of them don't look like a natural tan when applied. Bondi Sands is the perfect tan for me, it gives the most natural looking colour and you can make it as light or dark as you want to. Living in England means there's not much sun to be seen so getting a tan is very difficult and even when it is sunny I tend to burn anyway. Applying this is a much easier way to look like i've been on holiday. Another amazing thing about this product is the smell. It smells like coconut so makes applying it a lot more bearable too. This tan gradually washed off over time but it lasts quite a long time which I love.

The Garnier cleansing water is the next of my favourite products. This product has been talked about a lot so I had to see if it was really worth what people have said about it. It cost me £3.29 from super drug because I was lucky enough to get it when it was on offer. It usually costs £4.99 which is so good seeing as you get 200 uses. I use this to remove any make up that my make up wipe didn't catch. It makes me face feel so fresh and i just love using it. When I first used it I was so suprised with how much make up was still on my face so I couldn't stop using it after knowing my face wasn't clear when using just a wipe. I will definitely be purchasing this again when it runs out.

This is my Bobbi Brown Shimmer brick compact, Beige. I love this product so much, I can use it for a highlight and a bronze so it's basically 2 in 1. The first of the 5 colours I use as a highlight on the top of my cheek bones and the bottom two are used as bronzer on the bottom of my cheeks to contour. This product is perfect for me, especially for a bronzer because the colours are not too dark. As I have pale skin it is hard to find a bronzer that doesn't make me look completely orange so this is just what I need. I was lucky enough to get given this product so didn't have to buy it, however it retails at £33, although this may seem quite expensive it is definitely worth it because, like i said, you can use it as a highlight, bronzer and blusher if you want extra glow.

Liz Earl have a huge collection of face care products and this is one of my favourites. This is the Cleanse and Polish hot cloth Cleanser, it costs £14 which is a good price for the quality of the product. I use this similarly to the garnier cleansing water to take off any make up that my make up wipe didn't get. Even when all my make up is off this opens up all my pores and freshens my face. I use the hot cloth that you can buy with the product which I would recommend because it makes it so much easier to remove the product from your face and also removes dead skin cells to polish your face.

Next up is the 'Smashbox Photo Finish Water Primer'. This comes at a high price of £20 but hear me out because it's worth it. I love using this as a primer because it's so much easier than having to apply one all over your face. This works by pumping 3 or 4 sprays evenly over your skin before you apply make up. It works so well and definitely helps your make up last longer. I love spraying this because it makes me feel so refreshed and is super easy to use.

My beauty blender, this is one of the best things i've discovered ever!! It's a brilliant applicator for my concealer and foundation. I love it for highlighting under my eyes as it blends so well and is so easy and quick to use. It was quite pricey for such a little object, costing £16 from Selfridges I would say it's definitely worth it. I prefer blending in all my make up with this rather than a brush because of the finish it leaves. My make up is so evenly applied when I use this and it blends different shades of foundation and concealer onto the skin so well. I love it!

Another Liz Earle product, this time it's the moisturiser. I've never had a high end moisturiser before and have been using a nivea one prior to this. I decided a few months ago that it was time to get a proper moisturiser so I chose the Liz earl one- and what a great choice I made. It costs £20.25 which I think is very reasonable as it's a fantastic product and you get a good amount of it in the pot. There are 2 moisturisers on offer from Liz Earl that you can get, my one is the normal combination as my skin is generally very normal. This works so well for me and I will continue to use it until something even better comes along.

Last but not least is the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara. I absolutely love this mascara and would recommend it to everyone!! This mascara gives thick long very black lashes which is exactly what I love. I was so impressed when I first tried it because I was worried, with the thickness of the brush, that it would be clumpy on my eyelashes. I couldn't of been more wrong as the result was amazing. Every time I wear this I love it even more. Everyone should own this mascara!! The cost of it is £17.50 which I can understand is expensive but it is so worth it. If you did just want to try it then they sell a travel size which £8 so why not give it a go?!

Sorry this post has been a bit of a long one but I hope you liked it and that it was useful, let me know in the comments what you thought and tell me what your favourite beauty products are!

Love always
